The Duck Foie Gras Bloc, a natural emulsion of fresh foie gras, provides softness and meatiness to the elaboration. Pedro Ximénez provides a subtle sweet touch, typical of this gastronomic variety from Jérez. The Pedro Ximénez Solera Reserva from Lustau is characterized by being a dense, velvety and soft wine, dark in color like mahogany, with a fruity aroma reminiscent of raisins, the result of the natural fermentation of previously sunny grapes. The bouquet of this new Imperia specialty, generous in the communion of flavors, recreates for the gourmet the classic pairing par excellence: foie gras and sweet wine.
